About me:

Health/Exercise & Food for Medicine is my life and now Zumba has added new life and dimension into my soul making fitness fun for me and others at the gym! We all need new energy-new music in our cardio and toning routines. Zumba supplies that need! YOU WILL LOVE THE MUSIC!I also teach Pilates, my other passion, for a strong, centered core and mind...often after Zumba classes.
Join us at the Nautilus,Extreme Dance,or Chilhowie Old High School gym! The energy and fun is contagious...plus we are dropping inches in our waistlines and becoming more and more toned everday! Now All I need is for you to be there! Ditch the workout...Join the party!
